Yirla is a Mexico-born, Texas-raised entrepreneur who has found her calling in Oregon. With a rich background spanning over 12 years, she has harnessed her strategic expertise in partnership building, economic development, and public policy to champion sustainable growth for underrepresented communities. Yirla is a Mexico-born, Texas-raised entrepreneur who has found her calling in Oregon. With a rich background spanning over 12 years, she has harnessed her strategic expertise in partnership building, economic development, and public policy to champion sustainable growth for underrepresented communities. Yirla's leadership journey includes pivotal roles at the Boys & Girls Club of McAllen, the Women's Business Center, and the March of Dimes, where she worked tirelessly to bridge gaps between communities, non-profits, and businesses to achieve shared objectives. Beyond her formal positions, she is an active member of the Organization of Women Executives and the Junior League of McAllen, where she promotes voluntarism, cultivates leadership, and contributes to the betterment of the community. In 2024, Yirla co-founded the Oregon Conferences for Women.
Luz was born and raised in Salem by immigrant parents. She graduated from Sprague High School and received her Bachelor’s in Politics from Willamette University. Luz was born and raised in Salem by immigrant parents. She graduated from Sprague High School and received her Bachelor’s in Politics from Willamette University. Luz began her career in Portland as a Field Representative to a Congressman and became a Campaign Manager where she discovered her love to public service. She's supported 52 campaigns from local school boards to Governor (in OR and CA). Luz served as a nonprofit executive director for two organizations in East Portland and now is a the owner of Reyna Consulting Group, a strategy, management and advocacy firm supporting social impact businesses and culture/community building organizations in the west coast.
Sara is a Restaurant owner/operator of Chubby Bao House, a Salem local Asian Fusion Restaurant and Franchise. Born in Texas and raised in Mexico by immigrant parents, Sara’s work ethic and professionalism began early in life.
